Participants -- As membership manpower as available or needed
Objectives include: Coordinating with Public Relations Committee and Youth Coordinating Committee. Discover Area Community Parade Dates. Notifying the necessary city and community officials that Ankara Grotto participates in parades and in a timely manner, communicates said scheduled parades to Grotto membership and Ladies wishing to participate. Currently Ankara participates in three Kansas Parades, one or two Grotto Association Parades and a Grand Session Parade. Ideally, in the future, Ankara Grotto needs to add at least one Missouri parade. Encourage more Grotto membership to participate in all parades, this is an ideal, may require more membership to do more parades. Encourage participants to organize and practice. Locate locations to practice, maybe indoor and outdoor areas. |
